This company illegally towed my car TWICE!! from an apartment complex that I pay rent to. The apartment complex manager told this company that the guest passes were melting and falling out of view and stated that we needed new passes. I was told the towing would stop until new passes were issued. Today I got ready to leave for work and my car is gone. I'm an airline employee so this not only inconvenienced me, but my company and passengers who were expecting an on time departure. Shame on you guys. No compassion or humanity to do the right thing.
